We have designed this machine to be simple and cost effective tool for performing small 3/4"-1 1/4" hot taps. This machine uses solid drill bits for performing the hot tap under pressure for branch connections of up to 175 psi @ 250 D. F maximum. The kit includes the following parts

1-1 1/4" Packing Adaptor Male International Pipe Thread for 1 1/4" hot taps
1- 18" boring bar for 3/4"- 1 1/4" hot taps
1 1/4" x 1" bell reducer & 1" nipple for 1' hot taps
1 1/4" x 3/4" bell reducer & 3/4" nipple for 3/4" hot taps
1- 1/4" pilot drill with retention wires for capturing the coupon or slug!
1- 11/16" high speed blu-mole steel holesaw
1- 7/8" high speed blu-mole holesaw
1- 1 1/8" high speed blu-mole holesaw
1/4" Testing port/blow off valve
1- spool of extra retention wire
